Discusting Adverts

The disgusting advert at the bottom of the page is driving me crazy. Does anyone else think it's about time someone changed the picture or the advert. May be we can at least get the lazy asshole to clip the nails,that would be an improvement. Maybe a before and after shot,just so we don't have to look at those foul toenails any longer
