I would think there would be a rather small market for a new camera that looks old - and is expensive. It will no doubt share many components with other Nikon bodies. It looks like we'll have to wait two weeks for the details.

You would think but the Olympus O-MD E-M5 did ok and the Fuji's are gaining accolades around the world...

That would be very intriguing, but I have already bought into the Fuji X system. I fell for the Fuji, though never a rangefinder guy, because it feels more like my old Nikons than anything else I have handled for awhile.
I've been considering a full frame, I love retro and I shoot Nikon. I think the stars are aligning :)
