How about one of these? If you like them, post the original again and click the store original box and I'll be able to do a cleaner job of it. If anyone has a winter type background, that may help... I live in Florida, so no snow for me :)

Here is my attempt. I cloned it some space above her head. sharpened around her eyes. Ran levels and upped the contrast just a hair. Did it all in pse

I used PSE3 and used the magic tool to select the backgrounds and colored them in. The right side of her face and the wall were too close in color for the magic tool so I colored freehand to clean it up a bit. I just noticed how badly I did the white one :-( I wil clean it up some more if you want me to.
