Yes, I do its one of the auto settings on your camera. what it means is that you set the aperture, f/stop and the camera selects the appropriate shutter speed. of course, you have by now selected the ISO you wish to use.

Yes, it is that, LOL....but it is also a photo editing program that I use for my Mac. I was afraid I wasn't being clear enough. It's like Photoshop, but I think it's used more by MAC users. Thanks for the response though!

How do you like lightroom so far? I am learning it also and I am finding many benefits to it, especiall for images the I don't want to get too creative on. Here are some examples of what I have run through lightroom. please, let me know what you think, and any suggestions to make it better are always appreciated.

I have had Aperture since day one,go back to it now & again,hoping it has improved,it's slow & buggy.So lightroom is it.Hope this helps.

Well, Trace, you're 0 for 4.. :) Wish I could help but Aperture is a Mac program only. Hopefully, some one will chime in who actually uses Aperture, and not an P/S user who can't help... :)

I have some pictures in my aperture library that when I try to upload them to here (choose file, etc.) they don't appear as a choice? In other words it looks like they don't exist in my library, does that make sense? I've had the same issue with some of the pics when I try to upload them to a commercial site, such as "mixbook".

So you think lightroom is best with mac? I does seem that Aperture is very buggy. Very frustrating sometimes.

i dont have lightroom yet but i do lighten photos in other programs. nice pictures.. The second Picture needs a little more light on the left side of the water on the grass part. the first one just a touch at the bottom and the last one just a touch on the feathers by the neck.. And It Is Just My Opinion,
