I don't know how valid this outfit is, (NewsMax) but I just participated in a poll on Obama.
And the poll says:
78% of those polled: Completely repeal Obama Care.
79% of those polled: Cut funding to Obama care.
87% of those polled: Restore Midicare funding.
82% of those polled: Reject Obama's Amnesty Plan.
This was one of those "Polls" that pop up on the internet, so I took it for fun. Has anyone else heard of this outfit before ?

You say you took it for fun, therefore your admitting your opinion is foolish and represents nothing but fun. Why belittle yourself?

Poll results don't really mean anything unless you know how, when and where the poll was conducted.

If you can not tell difference between "Fun" and "Foolish", and belittle those who can, then it is you, not I, who is belittled.

One takes a Poll to see what the census is of the populace.

Before telling others how stupid they with your stupid remarks, take the poll yourself. Take it for fun or be as serious as you can but at least try it to see what it is about away from the confusion of all the controversy. Isn't that the (liberal) Democratic way?

I guess for some people it's sheer fun. For others, I suppose it makes them feel like they are getting an opportunity to voice their opinions in some marginal way.

As for me, I usually have better things to do than to participate in polls. Taking a poll doesn't educate me or give me any new insight into issues.

Newsmax is a right wing/conservative news magazine.... they have been around about 3 years and this poll is taken with a preponderance of "conservative" people taking the poll.... Just reverse the numbers and you would have something similar if you took a pool that Huffington Post set up.

And as to why take the poll..... why not? The person who said that they had better things to do than take a poll....I guess they are speaking of being on this forum waiting to put in their two sense just like the rest of us...

I love taking polls... why.... because, if I don't know who is sponsoring the poll (ie Conservative or Liberal) I like trying to figure it out before I have answered all the questions.... It is generally not at all hard to do that ... figure it out I mean.

Mike

78%+79%+87%+82%=326%
Must be the same 326% who voted at the polls a few years ago.

NewsMax seems a little too tabloid like or sensationalist for me. Or maybe it's the advertisers they rely on.
