Don't know how much you pay for LR 5 in the US, but I received this from Amazon (UK) a few days ago. LR5 for £84.99. Ddon't know what the conversion rate (£>$) is, but at $1.5/£ that is $127.50.

I just purchased Light Room 5 on Ebay for $39.95 as a "buy it now" option, it a download but is a full std version 5.2. I thought it was a great deal compared to all the others there available, you have to look it find them though.

I upgraded lr4 to lr5 directly with Adobe for $75.00.
