Tried something different

We spend a weekend in the fall "up north." We are typically looking for wild animals - fox, moose, bears or whatever passes by the lens. This year with the National parks closed critter watching was not as easy as usual. And the rain really made it hard. So we turned to non animal images.

I am not typically a fan of the milky waterfall, but gave it a try while it was not raining. I bet this waterfall is awesome in the spring. CC helpful.

Very nice photo. If you use PP, you could probably adjust contrast and levels a bit to make the scene "pop" more.

Thanks Heirloom Tomato. You pushed me a little to see it differently. Is this what you had in mind? I warmed the white balance, sharpened it and add a little contrast. If you have more techniques please let me know. Thanks.

I think what you did added reality and immediacy to the scene. Love the warmer tones you added. Made me feel like I was standing there watching the water.

Thank you! PP is just a small part of it all. Or maybe a larger part!
