Actually, I guess it's more accurate to call it a Ceremonial Headdress, as it doesn't cover the whole face.

The first time you catch a fleeting glance at this piece, you don't quite know if you were looking at a real fish, a futuristic spaceship design, or some other fanciful concoction. It's disconcerting to your perception of reality.
