I have been lurking for a while, and decided to post a couple of pics from today. Love the feedback from this site. Very informing and educational, with some wit thrown in. C&C welcome. Did do a little cropping with DPP.
Thanks for looking

nice pic's great looking dog
looks like poochy has a little boo boo on his snout. Also looks like he is having a blast. I like the little spray of water coming off the tail in the last shot.

No boo boo, I think it was just the way the sun was shining on him, but I will double check. And yes he had a blast, my son could not throw the bumper into the water enough.
My little Casper...gone now from the real world but not my heart, had a little pink spot on his black nose. I took him to the vet and they wanted to do a skin punch explained like using a paper whole maker...I SAID OH NO! After a while I figured it out. we had a little doggy door and I noticed it was quite dirty on one side...the side he was using to push it open...thus mystery solved, he was scraping skin pigment everytime he went through.
Im betting the bank that your sons arm would tire before that black beauty would. Happy hunting.
Great pics of the lab! I have a sweet chocolate boy as well - what a water dog!

Thank you. He had a blast
Nice shots. Like #3 best....love the water droplets in the air.
#1 I might have framed it with the man and dog to the right side....they are looking out to the water but the frame doesn't flow that way. Just my humble opinion.
Number 1 pan left and give both some room to see water. More interesting than the sand.

Good dog images. Is dog in #3 a little out of focus? Hard to tell on my computer screen.
In first image, agree with others to move subjects to the right. Sand is dull, also this will have more room for subjects to be looking into the picture. When looking at the dog in this image he appears to be alert and attentive. The man, however, is slouched, head down and creates the impression of being sad. He should be standing tall and looking in the same direction as the dog.
