Hand-held, neutral density filter to overcome slow shutter speed, matching the speed of rotation, finding a cute kid, and triggering that puppy at just the right moment ..... it's "work", folks. But then, it was worth it to get the result I had envisioned.

Very effective byankle! Selects the kid(s) you wanted to show and no doubt that it's moving! You're right; it worked!
