Very nice shots. They are full of character.
Love windows and doors and arches. They are(excuse the pun) windows into the personality of the area or country.

Took these 3 in Morocco.

There is something about doors and windows that attract shutterbugs. Nice images from both of you.

Paula: Cool phone...does it take credit cards...looks like a slot in the bottom of it?

Actually yes, I believe it does. Even though this was in a great little hill town in Morocco (Chefchoun), it did have some modern amenities.....and lots of satellite dishes.

Hi Paula,my topic is about windows, not about doors and arches.I realize you are new here but you are not supposed to add your photos to somebody else`s topic without asking for permission first. It works much better if you create a topic of your own.Welcome to UH.

Very sorry about that. I didn't realize that was the protocol. I will follow that in the future.

My friend you have a good eye, i wish more people here would spend more time like you working on the "art" of photography and less time on the mechanics and hardware!

Your comment is like a breath of fresh air, thank you.
Yes, there are plenty of photomyths promoted at UH and many members try to make their photography as complicated as they can without gaining anything.
