Hi Fellow UHH's,
when viewing photos posted on this forum is it possible to see the
EXIF data of the photos. I'm as to what lens and Exposure settings were used. Thanks in advance

IF the image had (store original) box checked and IF the EXIF was not removed in PP or by poster, YES you can view EXIF info. After you (download) the image, right click the image and click the second from the bottom on the list.

Bad advice naturepic43. Everyone's browser is not the same depending on what add-ons etc. have been installed. Also I do not think either IE or Chrome can show this without an add-on.

If you don't want to add anything to your computer you can use this website to see the EXIF data IF the EXIF is included with the photo you are viewing.

After you click "download," you can save to your computer (use the right-click and choose save as). Once it's on your computer, you can right-click again, select properties, then details (for Windows users).

Thanks Linda. Just tried this & it works fine. I couldn't get it to work before because I was right clicking the small picture & instead of the download. :D

Suggestion, when I download then "save as", I save to a folder named OPP (Other People's Photos) so they don't get mixed in with my own [del]crap[/del] stuff.

naturepic43 was definitely CORRECT!! Notice that they said to DOWNLOAD the picture and then do the right click!! This is NOT browser dependent.
