Pity you can't really see that wicked beak. I know they generally don't sit still long enough to get a good shot.

Thank you all for your kind words. Yep, there are lots of coyotes around here, but I don't have a photo yet. I do remember as a child loving those cartoons, and always rooting for the poor coyote.
