sony a55,useing different lenses

hi everyone from seneca falls ny here,have a question about my sony a55 camera.have tried the minolta lenses on the a55,work great.does anyone know if vivatar lenses will fit on this camera? would i need an attachment or what?the lenses are vivatar converter 2x3,,also a vivatar 58 skylight,alsoa 400mm auto telephoto ,cant seem to find anything about this and i see a lot of you have been talking alot about different cameras,my grandfather had a KIK KORMAT WITH THESE LENSES AND THERE VERY NICE HATE TO SELL THEM IF THEY WOULD FIT ON MY SONY A55 THANK YOU

I have not heard or read anything about Vivatar lenses working on Sony Alpha's.
You may want to look on B&H under Vivatar lenses to see if there an adaptor. I am guessing there is not and if there is the AF features of the lenses may not work.
