Attached is about an Art Galley in Yountville, California that has 4 years remaining on its lease, but is being forced to close its doors because the galley owner complained about the gallery being being flood three times in one month due to lack of property maintenance by the property owner, Thomas Keller (owner of the famous French Laundry Restaurant). The true reason for the eviction is that Thomas Keller wants the gallery space for his own use and does not want to buy out the remaining lease.

From the photo it looks like it would have been a nice place to visit. Hopefully they can find new space to re-open. I hope the flooding didn't damage any of the artwork. Hasn't the museum any recourse through the courts? I realize of course that justice is only available for those that can pay exhorbitant attorneys fees.
