i bought a kodak easyshare 5.0mp digital today and would like any information on how decent a camera this one might be.

They're a nice little camera. I've not had one but my sister has one and loves it! Takes some great pics! There's others on here that will know more than I but saw your post and didn't want you to feel ignored...lol.

From what I understand if you don't plan on making anything larger than an 8 x 10 this camera will make you very happy.
Have a kodak easyshare....you will like it...I will post a few pics that my wife took in New Zealand

I have the Kodak Z990 and love it! For $200. I get really nice pic's. And the zoom is 28-840mm. Look at these, cat's eye to moon through clouds.

i own a kodak easy share , they a very good camera . as well as a fun party camera light easy to use and gives great pictures , fits in your pocket.

I think you'll like it. I have the Z981....very nice PS.
I think it is a great camera for everyday snapshot use. Decent is a relative term. It is easy to use, takes great pictures.
i want to thank everyone that responded to my question about this camera. The pics that were posted taken with an easy share are awesome, hopefully i will be able to take good shots also.

It is basically the same camera I started out with when I went digital, it did a great job for me. I upgraded to a Nikon and gave the Kodak to a friend in Australia and it is still going there.
I bought one about 2 years ago and I loved it to begin with, but it seemed after about a yr I couldn't get shots that weren't blurry.
