The first picture was taken before finding this site. After a couple weeks watching, reading, and asking questions the improvement is remarkable. I have a long way to go, but now I have hope.

Much better, just shows this forum works for what it was intended.... Always try and focus on the eyes for the best shot, looks like the camara focused on the dogs ear instead.

Yup. I will attempt that next time. I took this shot through a window with telephoto. If I go out the dogs quit what they are doing and pay attention to me.
