Hello from Illinois...Fla.
New to digital this past Jan. with a Nikon D7000 and 70-200 (2.8) extra lens. Film camera probably older than many ugly hedgehoggers.Enjoy outdoor pics and get to spend several weeks each year in So.Fla....birds, bugs, flowers, and sunsets ! If I do this right, here are a few images.....
Osprey catch
Spoonbills Feeding
Ripple Effect
Nice photos! I especially like the shell with the water. What a find this would be while beachcombing...can almost feel being there trying to pick it up before the next surge sweeps it away. Also like the spoonbills. Good shots!
After looking at your website, thanks for the comment. You have some awesome images! Th problem as I see it....once I move up to a 300m, I'm going to be thinking 500m !$$ I'm glad I don't have a boat.
Great shots......nice job
Snail shot really great ! Lots of opportunities for wild life where you are . Nothing beats shooting nature in the wild.
billsop, great photos. How can you live in Florida and not have a boat. It will catch up to you in time, be aware.

Great shots, like 'em all.
hipfarmchick ...where did you do your farming ? You look more like a cowgirl on a horse ranch. My uncle had a large farm with 125 milking cows and 10,000 chickens for eggs. I spent most of my summers as a youth cleaning out the stantions and chicken poop. My early farm training. Had little time for photography.

Oregon! We raise Red Angus Cattle..pigs..chickens..(did) horses and used to hay our place. But now just cattle. pigs. horses and dogs. We have a small farm. And yes I have had horses my whole life...so I guess you could say that!! My family had a huge farm in Michigan.
