You did a good job, but why stop there? Given their manner of dress, why not put in something more exotic?

Well, you have fantasy-style dress here, so you might use a fantasy-style backdrop, a large rising moon, an exotic other-world scene, a medicine wagon, a dragon looking over their shoulders, etc. Your photo, your imagination.

But you know what? These are some pretty cool characters and you photographed them perfectly. I think Treepusher has a point; a more poignant background is order. What that would be, I haven't a clue. This is starting to remind me of an old Fleetwood Mac album cover. Lol.

Your shot and its sky treatment are really nice. How about a Sepia look layered over a Victorian railway platform or a fanciful hot air balloon in the background.

Let me think about another background. They are supposed to be time travelers so I was going for more of an ethereal look.
