I suggest you take it up with Admin if you don't like it.
From: Admin (all from/all to)
Subject: Capital letters
Hi,
Please don't use all capital letters in your posts.
Using all caps is extremely contagious. Other users see topics in all caps and start doing the same in hopes of getting more views for their topics. After a short while, the whole forum turns all upper case.
So I contact people who use all caps when I notice it in hopes of keeping it in check.
Thanks.

Another needless disruption of someone's topic. You are not the Administrator, so may I make two suggestions, either of which will get your point across without destroying the thread.
1. You can PM the perceived rule violator, politely explaining your concerns.
2. You can
report the offender and the overlooked rule to the
actual Administrator by selecting the proper tag on the bottom of the post you deem inappropriate.
Granted, by selecting the above you will not be in the spotlight nor gaining notoriety, but you will get your point across without hijacking threads. Sound reasonable? Thanks 8-)
By the way, you (ironically) frequently use all capitals in words, violating the very rule you laboriously lecture people on.
Nice image JS, and don't worry about the caption, I had my backside kicked by management for the same thing on my first post. I did apologise politely and moved on.
