IPHOTO 11

I've had my new IMAC since May. My previous IMAC had IPHOTO 9 and it worked perfectly. IPHOTO 11 however is just a mess of problems. Won't read the disc and when it does nowhere to click on import to create an event, automaticly creates Faces, much photo duplication, etc. My question is: Is there an easier to use software program out there for MAC?

I have been using the Imac ever since it was born and I NEVER had any problems such as you pointed out and I don't know what would be the matter - besides IPHOTO is one of the best all-around photo program I've had experience with. What are you refering to when you write "won't read the disc"?

Download your disc to a folder on your desk top,then drag the folder over to iPhoto and import
