Recently had an event that normally I would photograph. Because I would be part of the event it was suggested we hire a photographer so I could participate rather than spend all my time taking images. The photographer handed me a thumb drive with 200+/- images, and he was paid.
I had to pp some of the images, and my intent was to take them to a store, and download them, and let the group view, select, chose size, and pay for them. I was told this does not work, so for now I had them all printed on 4x6 glossy paper, and was advised the individuals could pick them up at our meeting and take them to one hour lab and have them scanned and enlarged. IS THERE a better way?
Thanks and please advise

Why not make copies of cd/dvd for each participant?
Put them on Dropbox and give everyone in the group the link....

Don't you (or anyone in the group) have a photo sharing site? Like SmugMug, Picasa Web Albums, Flicker.....? Even FaceBook?
3 excellent ideas. Now all you have to do is pick one.
