Yup. I love my black foamie thing. I did cheat a bit and use Velcro for mine though.
Think I may get some shots of a young woman blowing her birthday candles this weekend and I'll pull out the BFT.

Pretty well the same thing . . . just a "snoot" with one side open . . . no advantage that I can see. Whatever floats your boat.
But the BFT or snoot is only 1 of 4 steps. The other 3 steps are the most important in my opinion.
