Haven't posted any in a few days & was asked why so decided to see what was out in the heat besides me ;-) I found a promising-looking cloud deck catching the last rays of evening sun, Ms. Goldie reworking her web, a friendly White-wing Dove & a little butterfly enjoying a bit of sunlight on the trunk of the Mulberry tree. We finally got a bit of rain & a wind-shift this evening so if the temps will stay back down in the 90s. we might go visit our local arboretum again soon & see what is about.

Your sure found some cool subjects on your first time out in awhile...very enjoyable, excellant job!

Good ones, Gal. Well done.
Beautiful shots. The dove is gorgeous.
These are all wonderful, Sue! The light adds so much to your dove images, the butterfly on rough bark is so beautiful, and of course I never tire of fascinating orb weavers!

Thanks, Linda. We have an abundance of Doves & they always seem to enjoy posing for the camera. The butterfly was just before the sun completely set .. the light was hitting the tree trunk so brightly that I was afraid it would be overexposed but got lucky. Ms. Goldie is still in the same spot she has been in all summer. Even last night's storms didn't deter her so hopefully I'll be able to follow her until the end of her cycle at freeze time. Thanks for looking & for your very nice comments.
Nice set taken in the golden hours. Well done. ;-)
Nice set. I love the dove pictures.
