Nope, it is a power line left over from the last century. Randsburg Ca. was actively mined for gold until about the middle of the 1990s when the last open pit mine was closed, mining for about 100yrs. They have a western days celebration sometime in Sept and there is barely a place to stand. Gunfights, dancing and western music and the list goes on..... TFL Cliff

Good photo. Personal opinion: I'd like to see a person standing in the open doorway, leaning against the frame. For me, this would create interest, tell a story, further excite the imagination, etc. ...but it's only an opinion about a photo that already is a fine one.

I don't disagree but, in a ghost towne, people are hard to come by. TFL Cliff
