There is way too much truth in that! About a decade ago I "met" a woman online whose photo was smokin' hot. Having never met in person I was shocked one day to have her request that I pick her up at the airport in a couple of days and drive her home. Although somewhat perplexed that a woman would make such a request of a man she had never actually met. I agreed, and on the morning of the flight she described the attire and hat she would be wearing, so that I would be able to recognize her that evening. A 4 or 5 hours before her flight was to arrive, I received an email saying that another friend was now available and I didn't need to pick her up.

Curiosity got the better of me so I went to the airport anyway, and found a seat across the aisle the arrival gate. I had nearly given up as the plane had seemingly emptied and only the occasional straggler was coming off. Then there she was! It seems that that smokin' hot photo had been taken about 15 years and 100 pounds ago! Boy was I glad I had been let off the hook! :shock:
