Third Party lenses for a Lumix FZ8

I have been considering buying a new camera, but if anyone knows of any third party lenses for the Lumix FZ8 I may consider keeping the one I have and go from there. Any suggestions?

I don't think one can replace lenses on Lumix FZ8. It has a fixed lens. One can't remove a fixed lens.

I know that they have two lenses from panasonic for my camera, but I was wondering if there were any others. I have the lense adapter it came with the camera.

I have the lens that you are talking about a telephoto lens and a wide lens and yes it does fit with tube but when you take pictures it always leaves a feathering effect on the picture. Here is one I took the the wide lens to show you. Good luck I pray you have better luck than I did.

Can you post the specifications that you have on those lenses? I think you might have a TC=Tele Converter and something else. These are not true lenses: the specs will clear up the problem.

Thank you, I am still leaning toward a new camera, I am a self taught photographer and don't know all the lingo. I love taking pictures and am called on frequently to help people out in this area, so I want to experiment more and learn new techniques. The picture that you were talking about did not appear here so if you could send it again that would be great.

Sure the specs are 58mm Professional HD DSLR MC AF 2X Telephoto lens made by Zeikos, 58mm Professional HD DSLR MC AF .45 Wide Angle w/ Macro made by Zeiko, Bower Panasonic FX 18/28 58mm
