All three photos taken with a pocket point-and-shoot Panasonic ZS7 (no viewfinder) on a very bad day with strong overcast, rain and wind.During PP I used a touch of false HDR to add a bit of contrast. The background did not have much color to begin with and I desaturated it toward light gray.
The Bald eagle had no idea what to do about a bunch of Ravens pestering him.

Nice captures Ivan. Were those ravens descendants from that Hitchcock movie? :-D

Well captured . I have seen something similar to this, crows mobbing golden eagles in Scotland.

Very Dramatic Images, Documented in Excellent fashion by a man and his "P & S". Well Done!!!!!

These pics are uncomparable!!! The closest I've seen like this are where a couple of Magpies are politely keeping a respectful distance while the Eagle polishes off the main course of his freshly caught afternoon meal. Only after the Eagle hopped away a few steps, did the Magpies move in to clean up his plate

Thanks Brnac.I have no idea if they are Hollywood liberals or not.The only thing I know is they are very difficult to photograph, you do not see too many Raven portraits around.

Bald eagles are kind of pushovers, they do not throw their weight around if they are not really hungry.Thanks.

#2 is my favorite. The eagle doesn't look too concerned to me! Super shots!

Very nice set Ivan, hard to pick a favorite but I find myself looking at number 2 over and over again.

That is correct, the eagle was not really concerned because ravens do not hurt eagles. It looked to me like the eagle was disgusted with the lack of respect the ravens were showing. He had definitely mixed feelings and slight confusion about how to handle the situation.Thanks.
