A few simple pics of San Clemente taken last year on our American holiday. Also one with our great little hire van that we had for 3 weeks in Utah, Arizona and Nevada. (I have posted this one months ago, but I promised this one for you Brent.)
Looking north from San Clemente
Loved travelling on Amtrak
I hear that train a'comin....
taken from the window of the train
Trestles (or nearby), from the train
How I miss that van.

Still have the shorts.LOL.
Very enjoyable images koalaroo. Fun to see my country through vistor's eyes!
Hello Linda, yes we loved our visit to America. I have so many photos that are so memorable to us, but I guess not the top quality that UHH deserves - when I see the beautiful photos that people post. Jude.

One of the aspects of UHH that I enjoy (thought not all agree) is that we can show imperfect images of a memorable moment, knowing there are others who will share our joy :)
Thanks Linda, I enjoy that too.

Great captures of a great trip. Even though some aren't in perfect focus(train shot) they provide you with memories that will bring a smile to your face. I'm sorry I'm posting this so late, but I don't even think I was on this forum when you posted.
thanks for looking scootersurfs. Yes, far from perfect but I'm learning all the time. When we go on holidays my husband gets impatient with me taking photos all the time, (just a little bit impatient), he is not the photographer - so I often snap away without any time to set up the shot as well as I'd like.
