I have a question for all of you. I had my hard drive go out here a couple of days ago and I did have all my pictures and other information backed up. Here is my question I lost all my Photo editing programs and was wondering do I how have to re-buy them? I was able to get Microsoft Office back on without a problem but I only had 2 licenses on Lightroom and Photoshop Elements 11. It is my desktop computer that went down so for now Im using my laptop which the 2nd licenses where used. My desktop is the main computer I use to edit with because of the higher quality monitor I use. Thank You

If you still have the license numbers from the box/paperwork, then just do an install.
If it balks, then contact Adobe Customer Support
https://www.adobe.com/support/service/and explain what happened. This is NOT an uncommon occurrence.

Thank you very much and I will try that for sure.

Had the same thing happen with elements 8 and I got a warning that it could be used on only tow computers. Went to the adobe website and they let me use it on the new computer. They put me on "live chat" that had me talking to a computer and that did not work. I did get ahold of a real person and worked it out with him. - Dave
I had to restore my PC in the past. I went straight to the Adobe website and downloaded my programs. I was logged in under my user name on the Adobe website though. Once logged in they provide a link to re-download any programs that have been purchased in the event that this happens. I am assuming it is not uncommon. Good luck
