Tamron 18-270 vignettes

Don't know if anyone can help me with this or not, so here goes.
Have had the new Tamron 18-270 lens for a few months and no problems. Today, when I take some shots the photos in the LCD screen all have a very dark vignette around them. I tried different apertures, focal lengths etc. all are coming out the same. Even took off the lens hood. I'm shooting with a 5D Mark II with this lens.

No. not sure, but will do some more testing with a different lens, and then load them up on the computer. Sure hope it's not the LCD. Thanks for your reply.

I've owned that lens for a couple of years and it does vignette at 18mm. Prevention would be to use it at a longer focal length because it does disappear after about 21 mm. Alternately you can correct in quite easily in Lightroom.
