Jim, thanks for this section. I seem to take a lot of "ordinary or mundane" photos. I enjoy working with a photo that probably belongs in the trash can and comming up with something I like. I'm posting before and after photos for this one. I used Elements 11, fotosketcher and Picasa 3 to come up with this. I hope other posters will include before and after images and a list of software used.

Great idea--and great post processing! I really like the simplicity of the entire composition.

Great job with the processing. The final looks like something out of Audobon's original book.

Great Picture! You have just shown that you can turn a sou's ear into a silk purse, at least in digital photography.
Would you please share with us your work flow? For example, why did you use three programs?
