Not personally, but I've read a lot about it on Elements Village (a forum dedicated to Elements and Photography), and everything I've heard about it was positive. Especially with a $12 price tag, you can't go wrong.
The only reason I still have PSE9 is because I also have Elements+ for PSE9. The channel and levels controls alone makes it worthwhile. Unfortunately, each version of Elements+ is specific to its corresponding PSE so I will have to purchase the version for PSE 11.
I wish I could buy it at the price you pay.
Thanks for your input. I am going to give it a try.

"For $12 this looks like it could be a good deal. Has anyone downloaded it and used it?"
I'd consider PSE incomplete without it, that is versions before PSE 11.
I've used this marvelous application for years in just about every edition of PSE. It is an unbelievable bargain. Moreover, Andrie Dubrovsky, its creator, is one of the most courteous gent's I've ever dealt with.
BTW, I got on to Elements + because it included a "color channel mixer" for working with infrared images.
I'm excepting PSE11 because I'm just now attempting to use that version, which as yet has not shown me the need for a channel mixer.
In sum, Elements + is a mighty fine offering.
All the best,
Martin

I down loaded it. I have only played with a few features but it looks like it is every bit worth the $12.
This just got moved to links and resources from discussion. What's with that? If you include a link in your question it goes to the link section?
I got it so I could use the channel mixer for infrared images, also like the film strip you can add to a photo. I use it with elements 9.

I am thinking I am going to have to find a tutorial to learn all the features.

Hmm.... I downloaded it without any trouble. It sounds like a lot of people are using it. From an earlier post it sounds like their customer service is pretty good. I would send them an e-mail and that screen shot and see what they say.

I did all that and Kudos to Digital Rivers support system, the slowest part of the fix was my download speed. REJ

I don't know which version you purchased but mine is for PSE 9 and the online tutorial/manual is brilliant.
You may of course already have this, but here is a link to the various versions and if you click on the entry list a rather good tutorial file appears.
