I like the tonal range. I see it's from '74. are you still shooting with the 4x5?

Thank you very much for the compliment.

Yes, I am still using it. However, not as much as I'd like to, at the moment. Though, it is sitting not more than 6 feet (2 meters) from me.

Do you do your own processing? My darkroom (if I ever get it functioning again) will only handle up to 6x6. I have a Mamiya 645 that I'd like to use for B/W but not unless I can process it myself.

Yes, I do my own processing. This particular image was processed in a tray. For the last several years, I've used a Jobo CPP2 processor for large format and a Jobo CPE2 for 35mm and 120.

If memory serves, I think it was a pine tree that had been partially burnt. However, I am not a plant specialist. I only know general classes of trees.
