I have that. It's Zebra Grass or the same without the stripes across the green grassy parts. What I love is, that if you cut a lot of them when they are still closed up, pull the grass part off and take them inside, let them dry out for a few days, they will open and curl, making a beautiful dried bouquet. Then you spray them with hair spray and they wiil stay pretty for YEARS. Be sure to wait until they open all the way. You may even want to spray them a color with spray paint.
In your photo, they have not yet opened and look just right for picking/cutting.
