Not only is that poor horse a thousand feet up, but he's got 200 pounds on his back. Imagine how he feels. The rider's hoping the horse doesn't do anything stupid, and the horse is thinking the same about the rider. :D

The horse is an old pro in Monument Valley and definitely adds character to the scene! You were in the right time--they weren't available when I was there in April. Nice capture!

Great pic, and I do think a polarizer would have added that needed touch to that sky and clouds. :thumbup:

You need "Don't Fence Me In" playing in the background. This is so good that it could be used to explain the art of photography vs the fun of casual vacation snapshots.
