Trying to locate recent post of video about walking

Saw a post somewhere here at UHH with a very interesting video on the health benefits of walking. I never did bookmark it and cannot find it. I'd appreciate anyone having the link to point me in the right direction.

If you go to the search button at the top of the page and put in walking you may find it.

Thanks I did try that problem is video I believe was under a post that nothing to do with walking I don't remember the circumstances, but one UHH member suggested that another check out a video that spoke about walking. There was just a link to the video. Thanks for the suggestion.
