We are far from B&H's best customers. But, between my wife and I we've bought three small cameras in the last couple of years.

Two small issues cropped up. B&H was superlative in the way they fixed them.

Thanks.

Dead and ready to die malls are everywhere. UPS and FEDEX seem to be booming. From Amazon and LL Bean to B&H there seems to be great selection and service. Best Buy has empty pegs and slow service. (I needed an exchange yesterday and had to stand in line where one person was at the desk while several other "blue shirts" were walking around like they had nothing to do.)

I should have made my purchase at B&H, but I was in a hurry for a external HDD.

Most attribute our success to the fact that we don't employ the big/little customer mindset but try very hard to give everyone the same Red Carpet treatment whether you spend a buck or a million or don't buy anything at all and just need information.

Glad we were able to resolve your issues to your satisfaction.

Seeing as B&H gets so much favorable PR here at the Hog, when will there be a UHH member discounts?
Or senior citizen discounts?

I am happy that B&H finally has started monitoring our group, as others vendors do.

Thank you B&H

Q & A time. Am going from 7000 to D600 and have about 6 lenses. Think a couple of them are DX. Can DX lens be used on FX body and if so, is there a down side? Thanks in advance......Ray

That'll work fine. As a matter of fact, the D600 has a setting for using a DX lens. What you'll have to do now is sell those DX lenses on eBay and get FX. :D

Download the pdf manual from the Nikon site, and take a look at pages 89 - 91.

Thanks and I always download the manuals, but if I rem right have to register the camera first. I have manuals for 3100, 7000 and a coupe of P&S.
