Kit Hill, Cornwall. Shooting and composition advice needed.

Just got back from Kit Hill, walking the dog. I took a few shots and even though I know there are thousands of really good ones available 24/7 up there my eye is not quite what I want it to be. I would appreciate guidance and general comments. I know they are not fantastic shots so I'm not expecting to read "great shot" or similar, but be just a little bit gentle.
Thanks in advance.

I have applied an HDR effect to bring out the detail of the brickwork but it isn't to everyone's taste'.

I like the link between the history of the old stack and its modern use to house telecoms equipment.

Can't see anything wrong with the composition of this shot
