Japanese. But I'm not in front of a computer using translation software, unless I'm mistaken and you speak fluent Gaelic and Japanese.

What is the most likely month in Autumn to catch the color there?

Ah well that's the thing with British weather. This year it's predicted that we'll have bumper apple crops etc after the cold spring.

That may mean trees don't change the colours of their leaves until later as well.
Generally we get some spectacular colours in October.

Japanese: "Did you guys forget English?" Its in very colloquial form. I don't know if translator will work with it.

I live in Devon. Great place to visit, Dartmoor to the West Exmoor to the East and miles of interesting coastline, especially in North Devon. Can't guarantee any month for good weather though, very unpredictable, although it sometimes makes for some interesting landscapes. I think Ireland has even more rain than we do.

Absolutely correct, what ever the weather on Dartmoor, you can come away with exceptional images.

I am usually a fair weather shooter and a fair weather rider.

Then, I discovered that there are just as many good photo ops during bad weather as during good weather. Guess what, hardly anybody is shooting the good bad weather shots.

But, I still mostly ride my motorcycle during good weather.

And all I had to do was purchase a weather resistant camera for the bad weather good photo shots.
