This was taken from a felled tree simply because it looked interesting. Am gonna clean it up and stain it, but what should I do with it?

It measures 48x60 inches...suggestions for use...

Wear it for a Halloween costume? It would be a variation on the Incredible Hulk.

How about stringing it with the tiny clear Christmas lights and have it for a light effect on the patio.

I hope it's not poison ivy roots!!! Would be very dangerous to touch! :0!
If it's not poison ivy....and the top and bottom were to be cut off square, so the top and bottom were parallel...you could add a round glass top and make a nice end table. I don't know how tall it is...if you needed to use two sections to complete circle for base? It looks neat just as a sculpture...just like it is! Could hang on wall, garden fence or shed wall, maybe a bird would use for a nesting site!

It would be a great base upon which to plant epiphytic plants such as orchids and bromeliads.

It would make a cool archway over a rustic garden gate!

Maybe cut it into shorter sections and wrap around the outside of a planter?

Even if it would fit, it would hurt.

Best I can figure is blast it with a gentle medium to clean it up, finish it with epoxy and use it as an object d'art on the wall.
