Yes very nice, but maybe work on composition a little. And with the Elk(?) try the rule of thirds. But then what do I know? :-o
Try using a polarizing filter for the flower shots. It will cut down the reflection and make the colors pop.

Do I put that filter on before or after the uv filter?
With the rose you might try adjusting the aperture/ISO to give better colour definition and depth. The iris should try not to crop of the petals this may require a lens change to get the best shot + Ap/ISO. Elk no tip to the antlers same as for iris. Spider web try tripod these can be a little tricky as the slightest breeze can ruin the shot

love the water droplets... no advice just praise! I am happy to know about the polarizing filter though. I have one and never really knew where to use it (except around water)!

Depending on the quality of the filters you may not want to stack them. If it was me I would replace the UV with the polarizer for the shot(s). :)
Remove the UV filter first.
