At Amazon, a Canon PIXMA Pro-100 and 50 sheets of 13 x 19 semi gloss paper is going for about $430. The rebate from Canon is $300 if you get a printer and paper on the same order. A complete spare 8 pack of ink is about $122.
So if you need extra ink for a Canon Pro 100, you get a spare backup printer for $8!
I have one and like how it works.
The other way to do the math is you can print 50 each 13 x 19 high quality prints for $2.60 each. Then throw the printer away and start over.
