Not sure if I caught all of your posts. Do you use one of the chain doohickeys on both lugs? How does it perform in portrait orientation?

I just use the one chain on the left strap lug. The chain I chose is thin enough to be unnoticed when shooting.

I like the simplicity in this design but I'm not sure if the price is right and if the strap is really that functional. Since they make a whole bunch of other products I'm just convinced that this is the way to go.

If anybody out there has this strap I sure would like to hear from you and get your opinion.

Check the price on the OpTech, consider it's a USA company, made in USA and the company has been in business for a long time.
