In the back yard tonight almost dark and saw this plane. Do you think in is for refueling?

It is evidently a spy plane used by the super secret service!! Where's the picture Erv?
Erv,

Sure looks like a tanker Erv
That is the starboard wingtip on other side of plane.
I think it is an "air" plane
Can't identify the type of plane, but it looks military as I think that is a refuelling nozzle hanging beneath it.
What does the US Air force use for in-flight refuelling?
I agree with Nikonian 72- You are looking at the other wing, you can actually make out the 'double triangle' winglets used by Airbus right at the tip. It is an Airbus family aircraft, probably a 320 as the 319 looks shorter. The military do not use Airbus.

Refueling aircraft trail a winged-boom from the tail area, not mid-section.
KC-30 tanker with refueling boom

Thanks guys. I thought I had something cool.:):) At the distance this was, he would have been over Cleveland and I though that was strange to be refueling over a city that big. I figured about 30 miles away. I was surprised the shot turned out that good.:):)
I was out in the back yard building a picnic shelter last night and saw it. Oh well. I will keep trying.:):)

If it is a refueling plane I wonder what they charge for fuel.
