Nesting Robin Family 22 - Cat Nap? Nope... Robin Nap!
I took this photo when Mama Robin was just trying to get a short nap between feedings. Both parent Robins work feverishly from dawn to dusk feeding and caring for their young... Great parents indeed!

Cat Nap? Nope... Robin Nap!
The story continues, Nice one Bruce.

Hi Robbie7...
I actually have two Robins nesting in my yard... the other is in our arbor but hard to get to. I have just been photographing the one in the Holly tree next to the house. They also might nest again in the same nest or another Robin Family will use it... The Robins nest several times a season. I have seen some Robins use the same nest for years... I forgot to check the tree out next to the garage... there was a Robin's nest out there that I got photos of a few years ago.. I think that I posted it in 2011... Yes, I just found the earlier post
