Excellent study! Lots of silica, mineral rock, and shell particles. Looks like close to 10:1 magnification (10x life-size). What microscope set-up used?

I used a 4x objective and an Amscope camera adapter which says 2X on it. I have a bunch of images of a stage micrometer that lets me measure to 10 micrometers, but need to shoot the series over again with the new camera adapter.

Eric: how do light it? I have a 5x objective, but I'm right on top of the subject. lighting almost has to be very directional or I get the shadow from camera+lens.
