It is ok though to put up posters in foreign languages and require them. I thought American english was our language but the government says otherwise. The workers should be advised of their rights but today you must print it in as many languages as required. For you who are against unions, go back to no holidays,no sick days, no over time pay, no forty hour weeks,etc. No safety on the job, no security and go back to the 1940's mind set where the company rules your world from morning till night.

I worked for a utility, Membership to the IBEW was MANDITORY. The union was a parasite, nothing more.
They took your money and provided squat, The uinion fat cats made a fortune off union dues and played fast and loose with the cash. The union members were just cash COWS for union thugs.
