Good shots! A lttle photoshop lighten shadow would bring out more details of these beautiful aircraft, which are generally too dark because of the light sky background. The sky messes up the exposure. :thumbup:

yeah, love the jets, too. here's some from my collection. 1st one is from the T-Bird's disaster a few years ago, but is such a dramatic pic, i kept this one when i dumped the rest. 2nd one i copied, but it's the best pic i could find of my fav jet: F-104 Star Fighter. 3rd one is from the Thunder Over Michigan Airshow-'09. That marine pilot liked to blew my ears off with this low pass, combat turn!

i haven't seen a 104 on the flight line since the mid-80's, but they were sure wicked-looking birds! damn things looked supersonic just sitting still! maybe i'll get lucky and Paul Allen will get one for his "Flying Heritage Collection"...

Well, yer in luck: there's a "Star Fighter Display Team" flying selecet airshows around the country. they did a 12 or 15 minute single & dual air display at the Mount Comfort Airshow (Indy). When i 1st heard them coming (NOBODY makes the same growl an F-104 makes!!)i thought "what the... where have i heard that?" and when they burst out from behind the hangers at 600mph, 100' off the deck, i about peed myself! the arial display they put on was so fantastic, it didnt realize i didnt take a pic till it was too late & they were doing their combat climb out. still mad at myself for that one! enter what i put in parentheses & hit seardh & u'll find their website.

YES!! thankx a lot, dude- i had lost their url & been havn trubl finding it. i tell ya, when they go buy 2 abreast about 300mph, hit the afterburners, & twist away......
well, there aint NUTHIN like it, as they say down south.
and NO other jet makes that very distinctive himming, swirreling growl the 104 makes. verrrry pretty paint job, too.

is this just gonna be a wooden mock up or this just a stage on the way to airworthy? is it gonna be displayed anywhere? i've never seen one cept for pics & would be cool to see it when it's done

if youre talking about the bugatti he is planning to be aitborne end of this year. just lil over 2 years getting up on its wheels just days before it went to oshkosh. he is a f 100 104 an f16 jock vietnam bosnia iraq afganastan an couple other places we werent involved in. lol
