Very nice....not sure you need any improvement with these except to get that man out of your first shot! :) I like the glowing blue lights with the moon overhead ...looks great. The second one looks a bit over exposed and you have some hot spots with the lights but I think if you adjust your levels some in PS and add a little contrast it might help a little, not with the hot spots but with everything else.

People are not bad to have in images I think in this case it helps set the mood and directs your eye up into the image. We are seeing what he is seeing.
